How to defeat that shyness in you.

Shyness, I learned, is a problem you must consciously take action to mentally and emotionally progress out of. According to oxford advanced learner's dictionary. Shy is a feeling of nervous or embarrassed about meeting and speaking to other people. it is a feeling or lets say a state of mind one thinks that he can't be able to do something because he is not ready or because he is not capable of doing it or he cannot be able to fit in those place (inferiority complex).
 The truth is that it is inherent in every human being but the ability to control it to a reasonable extent is what matters and that's what am about to show you. Are you the type that don't like meeting new people? Are you the type that get shy around opposite sex?
If yes, this post is for you. some of us who are still trapped in these part of the world, do ask questions like these
  • Why am i always shy?
  • Was i born with it?
  • How can i stop it?
You are always shy because you think too much about what people thinks of you and what you think about yourself. Thinks like am i in the same equal with others? Can i stand out in public? What can i say for people not to see me as a jerk. Yes you are born with it, it is inherent in every human being but the ability to stand bold and tell yourself you can do it.
How can i stop it?(being shy)
Here i have some tested and trusted tips it really works.

Inferiority complex:
This is about bringing yourself down to a lower standard of not been equal with another person or set of people, This feelings always come when you are faced with either trying approach with the opposite sex or in a public function, So you have to stand up and work on yourself by;
  • Not thinking too much on what people thinks about you.
  • Be bold when ever you are in the mist of people and always smile back to them.
  • Don't you ever think you are too small for anybody to notice you.

Be an extrovert:
As human we need associate with different people because it won't only build your knowledge but will help your social nature and remove any fear of inferiority. stop been indoors take sometime out with friends lets say during weekends or your off day.

Be assertive:
You must be courageous,bold and confident when dealing with the public. lean how to shone negative obstacle and always look forward while pursuing whats best for you. 

I believe these tips will help you if only you at least try them.
